Many thanks to all who helped to make our recent Dahlia Show a big success! Our hard work resulted in a memorable show!

October Program:

It will soon be time to think about the first frost, then digging and storing all those tubers. At our October meeting we will have tips and suggestions and will exchange ideas on the best methods to keep our harvest through the winter. This is a good meeting for newcomers, and we hope to have a good turnout. Several of us will bring in samples of materials that we use for storing their tubers, and we will have a few clumps to demonstrate separating tubers for storage.

There will be lots of interesting things to talk over at our meeting. Gerry Kloc will talk to us about his trip to the National Dahlia Show in Philadelphia. Mary Feasel will tell us about starting dahlias from seed.

Please come with your questions and ideas for the upcoming year.
